Many of my clients for either business or personal reasons find themselves in a position where there are required to appear before a federal, state, or municipal court for a hearing.

Do not go to these hearings without proper legal representation. Oftentimes the outcome of such hearings can mean loss of business or personal license and/or significant fines. I have had significant contact with federal, state, and municipal courts handling a host of such matters.

I have represented business clients before the Federal Department of Labor,  represented employees in front of the Illinois Department of Employment Security, as well as represented revoked licensee's before the Secretary of State in an effort to regain their driving privileges.

So, if you have been sent notice to appear for a hearing, do not go without a lawyer. I can generally handle such matters for you at a very reasonable fee, and the cost I may be able to save you before the hearing officer or court will generally be equal to the cost of having legal counsel. It really truly pays to have a lawyer at these hearings.
